RAI AMSTERDAM · NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER 2026

What's on at RAI Amsterdam in November and December 2026, and which days are busiest?

The first week of November is the busiest. PAN Amsterdam runs from November 1 to 8 while ISPO, the sports business show that has moved from Munich, holds its first Amsterdam edition from November 3 to 5 with more than 50,000 visitors expected, alongside TIDES Europe (November 3 to 5) and The International Running Expo (November 4 and 5). The Superyacht Forum and Metstrade follow from November 16 to 19, the Offshore Energy Exhibition and Conference on November 24 and 25, the World Bulk Wine Exhibition on November 30 and December 1, and Masters Expo from December 10 to 14. Horecava opens 2027 from January 11 to 14, and the RAI has its own train station, about 17 minutes from Schiphol by car on a clear road.

Rides inside Amsterdam up to 10 km have a fixed price per car (€50 in Business Class); a detour around closures does not change it. Longer rides are priced per kilometer and shown before you book. Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, and the day starts and ends in the same city. The driver waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
