One number,
answered by a person.
Whether you are booking, already in the car or looking for last month’s invoice, the route is the same: +31 6 85141194 by phone or WhatsApp, day and night, in English and Dutch. Email works for anything that can wait until someone has a keyboard in front of them.
Pick the one that fits the question.
+31 6 85141194. Answered around the clock, 365 days a year, by the dispatchers who assign the cars.
The same number, for anything you would rather type: a quote for Paris, a change of pickup time, a photo of the arrivals hall you are standing in.
info@amstelcab.nl for invoices, corporate accounts, partner enquiries and anything with an attachment. Bookings and same-day changes are better by phone or WhatsApp.
Route, class, time, done: no account and no app. The price is fixed on the screen before you pay, taxes included, and the confirmation arrives straight away.
Your booking page: the status, the chauffeur’s name and licence plate once assigned, and the live position of the car while you travel.
Burgemeester van de Pollstraat 477, 1064 AN Amsterdam, in Nieuw-West. An administrative address, open by appointment; the cars come to you, not the other way round.
The right channel depends on when you ask.
Dispatch is the same team throughout; what changes is who else you can reach.
Quotes, availability, a child seat, a name for the sign, a Maybach for a particular date: WhatsApp or phone. Anything outside Schiphol ⇄ Amsterdam is quoted as one fixed figure, in writing, before you confirm.
Open My Ride first; the car is usually already on the map. If it is not, call. Dispatch can see where the car is and reach the chauffeur immediately.
Once a chauffeur is assigned you have their number too. An extra stop, a colleague to collect on the way, a change of destination: tell the chauffeur, and dispatch confirms any change to the quote before you carry on.
Receipts, invoices, a forgotten umbrella, a word about the chauffeur: email info@amstelcab.nl with the booking reference, or send it on WhatsApp.
For assistants, agencies and journalists.
Assistants and travel teams who book more than occasionally should ask for a corporate account: invoicing instead of card-by-card payment, and one contact at dispatch who already knows the usual class and the usual addresses. Start on the corporate page or simply say so on WhatsApp.
Hotels, concierge desks, travel agents, DMCs, cruise operators and event agencies book on behalf of guests every day. How that works, with updates to you, chauffeur details to the guest and one invoice at the end, is set out on the partner page.
Press and media enquiries go to info@amstelcab.nl with “press” in the subject line. We do not discuss our clients, past or present, with anyone.
Type it, send it, we take it from there.
The number you call is the number you message. Send the pickup, the destination, the time and how many of you there are, and dispatch answers with a fixed price and the next step.
Six details that turn a question into a confirmed car.
None of them is compulsory, but each one saves a message back.
AmstelCab, on paper.
AmstelCab is an Amsterdam-based premium chauffeur company, not a marketplace or a platform, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 97225444, VAT number NL005255853B28. The registered office is at Burgemeester van de Pollstraat 477, 1064 AN Amsterdam.
Visits are by appointment only; there is no counter and no forecourt of waiting cars. To set up an account or discuss a programme in person, say so and we will suggest a time, at our address or at yours.
Payment is by major cards, Apple Pay, iDEAL and Klarna, or by invoice on a corporate account. Cancellation is free up to one hour before pickup; inside that hour half the fare is charged, and once the chauffeur has been dispatched, the full fare.
Flight delays, cancellation, fixed pricing, booking for others and child seats, answered briefly.
A fixed price on the screen in two minutes, no account required.
Airport transfers, hourly hire, long distance and the four classes.
The longer answers, from luggage limits to how the Maybach is booked.
Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, because flights land at four in the morning and dinners run late. The same number works for phone and WhatsApp, in English and Dutch.
Please do not make the trip for that; the office is an administrative address and visits are by appointment. Booking takes two minutes online or one message on WhatsApp.
For anything about a ride today or tomorrow, phone or WhatsApp; dispatch is watching those around the clock. Email is right for invoices, account paperwork and partner enquiries, where a written thread is more useful than speed.
Once a chauffeur is assigned, their name, licence plate and phone number appear on your My Ride page. If you cannot get through, dispatch on +31 6 85141194 can, at any hour.
Email info@amstelcab.nl with the booking reference and the details you want on the invoice. If you will be booking regularly, ask for a corporate account and every ride is invoiced that way from the start.
Yes. Dispatch answers in English and Dutch, chauffeurs speak English, and every confirmation and status update is in the language you booked in.
