Your guest,
our car.
Concierges, travel designers, cruise operations teams and executive assistants book on behalf of people they will have to face afterwards. This is how we work with you: a direct line to dispatch, updates while the guest travels, fixed rates, and one invoice instead of a receipt per ride.
Booked by you, driven by us, reported back to you.
Most of our partner work is simple. You send a name, a flight or a time, an address and a class, and we do the rest. Confirmation comes back to you in writing with the fixed price; the guest receives the chauffeur’s details on their own phone.
Behind that is one dispatch line, phone and WhatsApp on +31 6 85141194, staffed 24 hours a day in English and Dutch. Book once on the website with no account, or weekly on a corporate account with invoicing; the cars and the chauffeurs are the same either way.
Five kinds of desk that book for other people.
Airport runs before breakfast, a car for the evening, a guest who must be in The Hague by nine. Any Amsterdam address to Schiphol is a fixed €80 in Business Class.
Itineraries with several transfers, a day tour, a group in Van Classes: one contact at dispatch holds the whole programme and quotes it as one figure.
Embarkation and disembarkation at the Passenger Terminal Amsterdam on Piet Heinkade and the river quays along the IJ, timed to the ship rather than the clock.
Speakers, artists and VIP guests between hotel, venue and airport, with several cars run as one movement by one dispatcher.
Visiting executives, roadshows and board days, booked by an assistant who needs to know where the car is without having to ask.
Four steps, and you are copied on all of them.
Guest name, their phone (or yours), pickup time or flight number, addresses, class, and any note: a child seat, a name for the sign.
The fixed price, the class and the time come back in writing. Payment sits with whoever holds the booking, you or the guest, as you prefer.
Status updates reach you at each step; the guest can open My Ride for the chauffeur’s name, the licence plate and the live position of the car.
Regular bookers move to a corporate account: invoicing and one contact at dispatch who knows your preferences.
Published, per car, taxes included.
The figures your guests will find on our site as well. Everything outside Schiphol ⇄ Amsterdam is one fixed all-in quote, per car, agreed before departure.
No card surcharge, and free cancellation up to one hour before pickup. Bookings within 12 hours of pickup carry a 10% surcharge.
Tell us who you are and who you send.
A message is enough. Say which hotel, agency, ship or company you book for and roughly what you need, and dispatch replies with how we would set it up.
A few things we keep off this page on purpose.
We name no partners. The hotels, agencies and ships we drive for are their guests’ business and ours. Commercial terms are discussed one to one and put in writing; we publish no commission figures, because the right arrangement depends on what you send and how often.
We are not a platform. No marketplace passes your guest to whichever driver is nearest; the chauffeurs and the cars are the ones on our fleet pages, dispatched by the people who answer the phone. This comparison sets out the differences.
And we will not call a price fixed and then move it. The Schiphol rates are printed above; every other trip is quoted once, in full, before the guest gets in.
Quays, terminals and turnaround days on the IJ, for operations teams and guests.
Accounts, invoicing and updates for assistants and travel teams.
Fixed-price Schiphol pages for Amsterdam hotels, ready to hand to a guest.
Van Classes and multi-car movements for delegations, parties and crews.
No. Anyone can book at /book without an account or an app. Desks that book regularly are better served by a corporate account with invoicing and one contact at dispatch; message us and we set it up.
Both. You are told when the ride is confirmed, when the chauffeur is en route, when the guest is in the car and when they have arrived; the guest receives the chauffeur’s details and can follow the car on My Ride.
Yes. The name sign in the arrivals hall can carry the guest’s name, your property or company name, or nothing at all when discretion matters. Say so at booking and it is done.
Schiphol ⇄ Amsterdam is a fixed published price per class, the same for every guest. Other trips are quoted from published per-kilometre rates as one all-in figure before departure, so two guests on the same route on different days receive the same quote.
We track the flight from the moment you book and move the pickup with it, so the chauffeur is in the arrivals hall when the guest walks out. The first sixty minutes of waiting after landing are free and the fixed price does not change.
Commercial terms are agreed one to one and confirmed in writing; we do not publish figures, because what makes sense depends on the volume and the kind of work. Message us on WhatsApp and dispatch will put a proposal to you.
