1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AmstelCab's taxi booking service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

• All prices are fixed and include VAT
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment
• Prices may vary based on time of day and demand

3. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup time
• 50% charge for cancellations between 24 and 2 hours before pickup
• Full charge for cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup
• No refund for no-shows

4. Service Terms

• We provide door-to-door service
• Waiting time is included in the price
• Flight delays are monitored automatically
• Extra charges may apply for additional stops or waiting time

5. Liability

AmstelCab is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic or weather conditions
• Loss or damage to luggage
• Missed flights or connections
• Any indirect or consequential losses
