ISPO is in Amsterdam for 2026. How do I get to the RAI, and how busy will it be?
ISPO, the sports business trade show, takes place at RAI Amsterdam for the first time from Tuesday, November 3, to Thursday, November 5, 2026, after 25 years in Munich. It is open from 09:00 to 17:00 each day, uses Entrances C, K and L, fills eight halls (45,000 m²) and expects more than 50,000 visitors over the three days. The International Running Expo runs alongside it on November 4 and 5 in Hall 12, and PAN Amsterdam and TIDES Europe are at the RAI the same week. Schiphol is about 17 minutes away by car on a clear road, and trains run directly from Schiphol to Amsterdam RAI station.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. Rides inside Amsterdam up to 10 km have a fixed price per car (€50 in Business Class); a detour around closures does not change it. Longer rides are priced per kilometer and shown before you book. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, and the day starts and ends in the same city. The driver waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
