Can a car drop me right at the RAI entrance?
Not at the hall entrances: RAI Amsterdam says you cannot drive to the entrance, but a car may let you out at Lodge P7, in the middle of the complex (follow the signs P – RAI 7), and then leave the site again. That is where an AmstelCab chauffeur sets you down — from Schiphol at the fixed €90 in Business Class — and if you need to be collected later, agree the pickup point when you book.

If the car should wait for you or take you on after a short stop, book it by the hour: €65 an hour in Business Class. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

A chauffeured arrival at the RAI
- Tell us your hall or entrance. So you know which way to walk from the drop-off.
- Set down at Lodge P7. In the middle of the complex; the chauffeur hands you your bags there.
- Walk to your hall. The RAI’s floor plan shows the entrances and hall numbers.
- Pickup later? Agree the point and time at booking; the chauffeur messages before arriving.

Is Lodge P7 far from the halls?
It is in the middle of the complex, as the RAI describes it; the walking distance to your hall depends on which entrance your event uses.
What if walking from P7 is difficult for me?
The RAI lends wheelchairs on reservation (free, with a €50 cash deposit) and has level corridors and lifts; see accessible transport to the RAI.
