What is the most accessible way to get to RAI Amsterdam with limited mobility?
By car to Lodge P7, where the RAI lets passengers out in the middle of its complex — cars cannot reach the hall entrances — and inside the corridors are level, with lifts and accessible toilets throughout. The ride is €90 from Schiphol or from €50 from an Amsterdam hotel in Business Class; declare a folding wheelchair or walker when you book, and note that the RAI lends wheelchairs against a €50 cash deposit.

A folding wheelchair or walker must be declared at booking so it fits with the luggage; Van Class has room for up to 7 bags. We do not operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles with ramps or lifts. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Planning the day
- Book with the details. Add the wheelchair, walker or help needed in the “Pickup notes” field.
- Reserve an RAI wheelchair if you need one. By e-mail, with your name, phone number, date and the event.
- Drop-off at Lodge P7. Out of the car in the middle of the complex, with your chair or walker from the trunk.
- Agree the pickup point. The same place, or a point you agree; the chauffeur messages before pickup.

Is the train to the RAI accessible?
NS offers Travel Assistance at stations if you book it at least one hour before departure; Amsterdam RAI station is about 300 meters from the venue.
Can the chauffeur push a wheelchair to the hall?
Tell us in the “Pickup notes” what help you need at the car and beyond it, and we confirm before the day what is possible.
Do you have wheelchair-accessible vans?
No. Our cars take passengers who can transfer to a seat, with a folding wheelchair in the trunk; for travel seated in a wheelchair, book a specialized accessible taxi.
