My elderly parents are flying into Amsterdam — what’s the easiest way to get them to their hotel?

Meet & greet is included in every airport pickup, not sold as an extra. Paid online when you book; nothing is paid in the car. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

How to book it for them

There is an official taxi rank outside Schiphol Plaza that needs no booking. For older travelers the difference is the meeting: a pre-booked chauffeur is waiting inside the arrivals hall with their name, and takes the bags from there.
