How early should I arrive in Amsterdam for The Superyacht Forum on November 16, 2026?
The Superyacht Forum runs Monday, November 16 and Tuesday, November 17, 2026 at RAI Amsterdam, and Metstrade opens on the 17th. Because passport control at Schiphol has recently averaged one to two hours for non-EU travelers, landing on Sunday the 15th is the safer plan than a Monday-morning arrival. What is included in the price
- Flight tracking from booking; the chauffeur waits inside the arrivals hall your flight feeds into

A quiet arrival, step by step
- Book in any name. An assistant, a yacht management company or a broker can book and pay; status updates go to the booker, the sign shows whatever name you choose.
- Fly in on Sunday if you can. The chauffeur follows the flight, so an early or late landing changes nothing on your side.
- Clear passport control. Under the EU Entry/Exit System, first-time non-EU arrivals register fingerprints and a photo. The chauffeur waits; see how long and at what cost.
- Hotel first, then the Forum. On Monday morning a short ride takes you from the hotel to the RAI.
