I'm attending TIDES Europe 2026 in Amsterdam. What should I know about getting to the RAI?
TIDES Europe runs at RAI Amsterdam from Tuesday, November 3, to Thursday, November 5, 2026, with more than 900 attendees, over 100 speakers and more than 60 exhibitors working on oligonucleotides, peptides, mRNA, genome editing and drug delivery. A post-event symposium, Obesity Science and Innovation Europe (OSI EU), follows on Friday, November 6. On the same three days ISPO fills eight halls of the RAI with more than 50,000 visitors expected, and PAN Amsterdam runs all week, so leave extra time for the drop-off on Tuesday morning.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. Rides inside Amsterdam up to 10 km have a fixed price per car (€50 in Business Class); a detour around closures does not change it. Longer rides are priced per kilometer and shown before you book. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, and the day starts and ends in the same city. The driver waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Rides
Schiphol to your hotel or the RAI is fixed at €90 in Business Class. Hotel to the RAI and back inside Amsterdam: €50 each way. Cars stop at Lodge P7, in the middle of the complex. For site visits, a driver by the hour waits: Leiden, home of the Leiden Bio Science Park, is about 47 minutes from central Amsterdam, and a 5-hour visit costs €325 in Business Class or €400 in Van Class.
