Is there a car service between the Peace Palace, the ICC and my hotel in The Hague?
Yes: the Peace Palace and the ICC are only about 3 km apart by road, some 6 minutes, and each ride between them or to a hotel in The Hague costs the €70 minimum per car in Business Class. With several stops in a day, a car by the hour is simpler, €65 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, because the Peace Palace has no visitor parking in its grounds and the ICC lets no vehicle stay at its entrance.

Short rides cost the minimum fare. A day of stops by the hour: 6 hours in Business Class is €390, starting and ending in The Hague. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Not in the grounds, which are closed to visitors’ cars, and the street spaces around it are short-stay and metered. The chauffeur waits nearby and comes to the gate when you message.
