Can I hire a private car for a legal team visiting The Hague for a week?
Yes: book the arrival and departure as airport transfers, about €191 each way in Van Class for up to 7 people, and the court days by the hour from your hotel, €80 an hour for the van with a 2-hour minimum. A week of 5 eight-hour days plus both airport rides comes to about €3,591 in Van Class, and dispatch confirms the total before you fly.

Minimum 2 hours a day, 40 km included per hour. Airport rides are priced per kilometer and fixed when you book. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived
- Waiting during hearings and meetings, as part of the hours booked
Setting up the week
- Send the program. Flights, hotel, hearing days and any other addresses; dispatch books every leg.
- One chauffeur where possible. For a multi-day booking we assign the same chauffeur across the days wherever we can.
- Confidentiality. If your firm requires a signed confidentiality agreement, send it with the booking and we arrange it.
- One invoice. A corporate account can be invoiced for the whole week instead of paying ride by ride.

Can we keep document boxes in the car during hearings?
Yes. On an hourly booking the car stays with the chauffeur while you are inside, so boxes and bags you cannot take into the courtroom stay on board; tell us their number when you book so we send a car that fits them.
Can the chauffeur double as security for the team?
No. We are a chauffeur company with standard, unmodified premium cars. If your team travels with its own security staff, our chauffeurs follow their instructions on routes and entrances.
What about an evening in Amsterdam during the week?
An hourly booking starts and ends in the same city, so a trip from The Hague to Amsterdam and back is quoted separately as one fixed amount. Send the time and the address on WhatsApp.
Can the firm be invoiced?
Yes. Business customers can be invoiced on a corporate account; the payment term is the one stated on the invoice. Ask dispatch to set it up before the week starts.
