FOR TRAVEL MANAGERS · INVOICING

Is there a chauffeur company in Amsterdam that invoices monthly?

AmstelCab invoices business customers through a corporate account instead of taking a card for every ride, and how often you are invoiced, and on what payment term, is agreed with you when the account is set up. The prices on the invoice are the same fixed ones shown at booking, for example €90 from Schiphol to any Amsterdam address in Business Class, with 9% VAT included.

What is included in the price

  • Flight tracking from the moment you book: an early or late landing moves the pickup, at no extra cost
  • Your chauffeur inside the arrivals hall your flight feeds into, holding an iPad sign with your name (or a company name, or no name)
  • A message or call from the chauffeur around landing, so you find each other quickly
  • Luggage carried from the hall to the car, which waits in the Privium section at the front of P1, a covered walk of about two minutes
  • The first 60 minutes of waiting at Schiphol
  • Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car; English-speaking chauffeur and 24/7 dispatch

Opening an account

  1. Contact dispatch. On WhatsApp or by e-mail, with the company name and who will book.
  2. Agree the invoicing. How often you are invoiced, and the payment term.
  3. Book as usual. Each ride keeps its fixed price; guests never handle payment.
  4. Receive the invoice. Digitally, with every ride listed.

Related questions

Can one invoice cover a whole visit?

Yes. A program — arrivals, meeting days, dinners and departures — can be invoiced as one, instead of a receipt per ride. Tell dispatch which bookings belong together.

Do guests ever pay the chauffeur?

No. Nothing is paid in the car, and when someone else booked, the guest never handles payment. Tipping is up to the guest and never expected.

Are the prices different on an account?

The published fixed prices apply: the same amount you see when you book online, with 9% Dutch VAT included, shown on the invoice. A 10% supplement applies to rides booked less than 12 hours ahead, on an account as online.
