Should I book a half day or a full day for a financial roadshow car in Amsterdam?
Work back from the schedule: book from the first pickup to the last drop-off plus a margin, since the car is charged by the hour and waits outside every meeting. Minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, starting and ending in Amsterdam. Day rates for multi-day programs are quoted on request. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Half day or full day
A half day fits when
- The meetings sit in one area, such as the Zuidas, and end by lunch
- The delegation walks between two nearby offices in the afternoon
- Someone else covers the airport ride separately
Book the full day when
- Meetings are spread between the Zuidas, the canal belt and a lunch venue
- The schedule is likely to change during the day
- Luggage has to stay in the car until an evening flight
- An investor dinner closes the day

Is a full day cheaper per hour than a half day?
No, the hourly rate is the same throughout; a day rate for a longer program is quoted on request. What a longer booking saves is re-booking: the same chauffeur and car stay with the delegation from the first pickup to the last drop-off.
What if the half day runs over?
The booking simply continues at the same hourly rate; nobody has to rebook in the middle of the day. Tell the chauffeur or dispatch, so any later pickup can be re-timed.
Can the day end at Schiphol?
Yes. Hourly hire starts and ends in Amsterdam, so the last leg to the airport is booked as a fixed ride, €80 in Business Class, and the chauffeur can be the same one.
Does the roadshow extend to Rotterdam or The Hague?
