What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead

How the day runs
- Pickup at the hotel. Leave time for the security check and a physical photo ID; digital IDs are not accepted.
- Set down, then parked. The chauffeur drops you where the Court allows and waits at the visitors’ car park.
- Between sessions. Lunch in town, a call in the car or a meeting elsewhere: the car goes where you go.
- When the gallery empties. Message the chauffeur; you can leave the public gallery at any time.

Is it cheaper to book two rides and pay for waiting?
Only for short gaps. A single ride includes 15 minutes of waiting; after that each minute is charged at the same hourly rate, €65 an hour in Business Class. For a whole session, booking by the hour costs the same and needs no calculation.
What if the hearing is postponed or runs late?
Sessions can change at short notice. If the day runs long, the same hourly rate simply carries on; if it is canceled before you leave, you can cancel the booking free of charge up to 1 hour before pickup.
