Can I get a driver who signs an NDA for a board visit in Amsterdam?
Yes: if your compliance team requires a signed confidentiality agreement, send it with the booking and dispatch arranges it before the visit. For a board day the usual booking is First Class by the hour, €100 an hour with a 2-hour minimum (8 hours is €800), and the arrival sign can carry a company name or no name at all.

Airport legs are fixed: Schiphol to any Amsterdam address €140 in First Class. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived
Arranging a confidential visit
- Send the NDA with the booking. Name the visit, the dates and who needs to sign.
- Keep names off the paperwork. Book under your own name; the sign can show a company name or nothing.
- Say what stays off the record. Names, addresses or the purpose of the visit: tell dispatch what should not appear on signs or in messages.
- One chauffeur for the visit. For multi-day visits we assign the same chauffeur across the days wherever possible.

Can the car be unmarked?
Yes. The cars carry no company livery or signs and the chauffeurs are professionally dressed, so with no name on the arrival sign nothing at the curb says who is being collected.
Do you provide security drivers?
No. We are a chauffeur company, not a security firm: we do not supply protection staff, and the cars are standard and unmodified. If your executive travels with a security team, our chauffeurs follow their instructions on routes and entrances.
Is it safe to take calls in the back?
Chauffeurs are used to being the quietest person in the car, and what is said behind them stays there. Use your own phone connection: there is no on-board Wi-Fi.
