Leiden to Schiphol is about 26 minutes: the A44 north past Oegstgeest, the A4 from Burgerveen, and the departures kerb. Give the flight three hours; in the morning peak your chauffeur proposes a pickup that allows for the A4 near Hoofddorp.
An arrival is worked from the flight number. We watch it land, and the chauffeur is already standing in the hall with a board when you come through; the bags leave your hands there, and the car is in the garage closest to that hall rather than a shuttle ride away.
