Wouldn’t a rental car be simpler?
It saves money if you are fresh, but after a night on a plane you would drive about two hours yourself, find your way through the parallel lanes of the Eindhoven ring road and look for visitor parking. With a chauffeur you arrive having slept or worked instead.
What if passport control takes longer than an hour?
An hour of waiting after landing is included. Beyond it, each extra minute is billed at the Business Class rate of €65 an hour, and if passport control outlasts one chauffeur’s shift, another chauffeur takes over the pickup.
Can I work on a laptop in the back?
In First Class, yes: the long-wheelbase S-Class, EQS and BMW i7 have the legroom to open a laptop properly. There is no on-board Wi-Fi, so tether to your phone; chargers for iOS and Android are in every car.
Can we stop at the hotel before the meeting?
Yes. Give the hotel and the site when you book and the chauffeur drops your cases at the hotel, then takes you on to the campus entrance on your invitation, all in one quoted ride.
