Wheels down at Rotterdam,
car at the aircraft.
Rotterdam The Hague Airport is the quiet field of the Randstad: a short taxi from the runway to the general aviation handling, and a short drive from there to almost anywhere that matters in the west of the country. We time the car to your handler’s schedule, wait where the handler allows and put one fixed quote on the road ahead.
A small airport with a large catchment.
Rotterdam The Hague Airport sits on the northern edge of Rotterdam, beside the A13 that runs to Delft and The Hague and a few minutes from the A20 and the Rotterdam ring. Business aviation uses the general aviation side of the field, with its own handling and its own entrance away from the passenger terminal. There is no arrivals hall to meet in and no rank outside, which is why the car has to be arranged before the aircraft is on the ground.
That is the work our dispatch does. You give us your operator’s or handler’s contact; we take the schedule from them, position the car before the arrival window opens and follow the slot as it moves. Where the handler permits it the chauffeur waits at the aircraft side; where not, at the door of the handling building. Either way the walk from the cabin to the rear seat is a matter of metres, and nothing about who is on board is discussed with anyone.
From the handler’s message to the front door.
Message dispatch on WhatsApp with the airfield, the date, the flight or tail reference if you have it, the passenger count and the destination. You receive a fixed quote for the transfer in writing.
With your permission dispatch contacts the handling agent directly. Estimated arrival, delays and slot changes reach us from the ramp rather than relayed from the cabin.
Before the window opens, the chauffeur is on the general aviation side with the boot open. Luggage, golf bags and cases go straight from the aircraft steps into the car.
The A13 north to The Hague, the ring into Rotterdam or the A4 up to Amsterdam. Your chauffeur has the address, the price is settled, and the booker receives a message when the passenger is in the car and again on arrival.
Twenty minutes to The Hague, and the rest of the Randstad close behind.
About twenty minutes up the A13: the Binnenhof and the ministries, the embassies of the Statenkwartier, the Peace Palace and the institutions around the World Forum, or the beach hotels at Scheveningen and the villas of Wassenaar.
A quarter of an hour into the centre: the towers on the Wilhelminakade at Kop van Zuid, the Centraal District, Ahoy for a fair or a concert, the port offices and the Erasmus MC.
Around an hour north on the A13 and A4 to any address in Amsterdam, or a little less to a connecting flight at Schiphol. The Zuidas, the canal-belt hotels and the Museum Quarter are all one quote.
Delft is a few exits up the same motorway, Leiden a little beyond The Hague and the beach hotels of Noordwijk about an hour away. One fixed quote whatever the address.
Eindhoven, Lelystad and Schiphol East.
The same coordination with the handler, the same fixed quote, at the other Dutch airfields that private aviation uses.
The airport of the south, with general aviation handling on the field. From there the S-Class or the V-Class runs to the High Tech Campus, ASML in Veldhoven, the centre of Eindhoven or straight up the A2 to Amsterdam.
East of Amsterdam in Flevoland, used by lighter business aircraft. We position the car before your window opens and take the A6 into Amsterdam or on towards Utrecht.
The General Aviation Terminal on the eastern side of Schiphol, with its own entrance away from the main terminal. Its own page explains the meeting points and the handler coordination there.
Landing at Rotterdam and departing from Schiphol, or the other way round, is a single transfer with one chauffeur timed to both aircraft.
The everyday workhorse: sedans for one to three passengers.
Room for groups, families and luggage, with up to seven seats.
Flagship saloons for executives and VIP arrivals.
The pinnacle: Mercedes-Maybach, by request only.
Send the airfield and the date; dispatch sends the quote.
Private aviation is never booked first come, first served. Message the desk with the airfield, the date, the passenger count and the destination, and we come back with one fixed price per transfer, day or night.
The General Aviation Terminal at Schiphol East, coordinated with your flight handler.
Chauffeur service in the city of the ministries, the embassies and Scheveningen.
Chauffeur service from Kop van Zuid to the port and the Centraal District.
How the airport works for scheduled and private flights, from the chauffeur’s seat.
On the general aviation side of the field, which has its own handling and its own entrance separate from the passenger terminal. Your operator or handler confirms the exact meeting point; dispatch positions the car there rather than at the terminal.
Where the handler and the airport allow it, yes: the chauffeur waits at the aircraft side and luggage goes straight from the steps into the boot. Where apron access is not granted, the car waits at the door of the handling building, which is a short walk.
About twenty minutes to The Hague on the A13, a quarter of an hour into the centre of Rotterdam, and around an hour to Amsterdam by the A13 and A4, traffic permitting. Schiphol is a little closer than the city.
As one fixed quote per transfer, agreed on WhatsApp before departure and covering the car, the chauffeur and taxes, door to door. There is no meter and nothing is added on the day. A return or a multi-day arrangement with the same chauffeur is quoted the same way.
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class carries seven passengers and seven bags, including golf bags and odd-sized cases, and its sliding doors make loading at the aircraft simple. For larger parties dispatch quotes a second car on the same arrival, timed together.
Yes. Eindhoven Airport in the south and Lelystad Airport in Flevoland both have general aviation handling, and the arrangement is identical: the schedule from your handler, the car in position before the window opens, and a fixed quote for the drive.
