FOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTS · RIDE STATUS

Can I get live updates on my executive’s pickup in Amsterdam?

Yes: when you book as the booker, you receive every status change of the ride — confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived — and your own My Ride link shows the car on a live map from the moment the chauffeur sets off. On an airport pickup the flight is tracked too, so a Schiphol arrival stays a fixed €90 in Business Class however late it lands.

The same updates apply to every ride you book for someone else, not only airport pickups. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price

  • Flight tracking from the moment you book: an early or late landing moves the pickup, at no extra cost
  • Your chauffeur inside the arrivals hall your flight feeds into, holding an iPad sign with your name (or a company name, or no name)
  • A message or call from the chauffeur around landing, so you find each other quickly
  • Luggage carried from the hall to the car, which waits in the Privium section at the front of P1, a covered walk of about two minutes
  • The first 60 minutes of waiting at Schiphol
  • Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car; English-speaking chauffeur and 24/7 dispatch

Getting the updates

  1. Book as the booker. Your executive’s name and phone as the passenger, your own contact details as the booker.
  2. Add the flight number. The pickup then follows the aircraft, early or late.
  3. Watch the status. Each step reaches you as it happens; there is no need to call anyone.
  4. Something off? Dispatch answers on WhatsApp around the clock, in English.

Related questions

Does my executive get the same updates?

Yes. The confirmation, the chauffeur’s details and every status update go to both of you, so your executive can call the chauffeur directly and you can follow along without asking.

What happens when the flight is delayed?

Nothing for you to do: the flight number was given at booking, so the pickup moves with the aircraft at no extra cost. If your executive is rebooked onto another flight, send the new number to dispatch on WhatsApp.

Can I get updates for several travelers at once?

Yes. Book each pickup with you as the booker and every ride reports to you; for a group on different flights, see pickups for colleagues on different flights.

Book it, or ask dispatch first
