How do we get a group of 8 to 20 people to Keukenhof together?
Our largest car seats 7, so a group of 8 to 14 travels in two Van Class cars and up to 21 in three, each booked by the hour from your hotel: a 5-hour Keukenhof day is €400 per van, €800 for two. Buy all the park tickets in one order with the same arrival time; Keukenhof’s group rate starts above 20 people. If the group wants to ride together in one vehicle, a coach company is the better fit.

Each van is its own booking, starting and ending in Amsterdam; the hotels can differ, and extra pickups simply use time from the hours booked. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20–26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Park tickets are separate: from €21 per adult online, or €20.50 each for groups of more than 20 (Keukenhof, 2027).
Getting a group there together
- Buy the tickets in one order. Keukenhof sells group tickets for a fixed date and time slot, so everyone has the same arrival time.
- Book the vans together, early. One message to dispatch with the date, hotels and number of people; spring dates fill up.
- Agree a meeting point inside. A large park splits a group fast; choose a pavilion or the mill and a time to meet before leaving.
- Ask for a field stop. The vans can pull over together at a tulip field on the way back, where it is safe.

Up to 7 passengers with up to 7 bags in a Mercedes V-Class; for Keukenhof, bags are rarely the issue, so seven fit comfortably with coats and a stroller.
Can AmstelCab arrange a coach for 20 people?
No: our cars seat at most seven, so a group that must travel in one vehicle needs a coach operator. Coaches park free at Keukenhof’s P1 by the main entrance, at least in the 2026 season.
Can the group be picked up at different hotels?
Yes. Booked by the hour, extra pickups just use part of the time; give dispatch the list of hotels and it plans the order.
