Hotel → RAI within Amsterdam: €50 in Business Class up to 10 km. On Thursday, June 24, RAI or hotel → Schiphol: €80. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Train or car for HLTH Europe?
When the train is fine
- You travel light, go straight to the RAI and don’t mind arriving in travel clothes.
- When buying the ticket, search for “Amsterdam RAI”, not “RAI” — HLTH’s own directions say so; the train takes about 9 minutes.
When a chauffeur is the better choice
- You want to check in and change before the welcome reception.
- You land late morning after an overnight flight and passport control takes a while.
- You travel as a delegation or a company team.

HLTH’s directions point to the direct train from Schiphol to Amsterdam RAI station (about 9 minutes), Metro 52 and licensed taxis. We have not seen an airport shuttle announced for 2027.
How early should I leave the RAI on June 24 for an evening flight to the US?
Aim to be at the airport three hours before take-off. The RAI is about 16 km from Schiphol — about 15 minutes on a clear road, longer in the evening rush — and the ride is €80 in Business Class.
Where should I stay for HLTH Europe?

Can I bring my luggage to the RAI on the last day?
