Can I hire a private driver for the whole ADE week in Amsterdam?
Yes — you book the car night by night, per hour: Business Class costs €65 per hour (Van Class €80, First Class €100), each booking lasts at least 2 hours with 40 km included per hour, and it starts and ends in Amsterdam. Over five ADE nights you book one block per night — 6 hours from 22:00 is €390 in Business Class — and the Schiphol transfers are fixed on top: €90 in, €80 out.

Each hourly booking starts and ends in Amsterdam. Schiphol transfers are separate fixed rides: €90 from and €80 to the airport in Business Class. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

An example, not a package: you book the hours you want each night. Saturday counts an extra hour because the clocks go back during the night.
What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived

How a week of ADE nights is booked
- Pick the nights. One hourly booking per night, each starting and ending in Amsterdam.
- Give a start time and a rough end. The minimum is 2 hours; if the night looks like running longer, message dispatch to ask for more time.
- Share the plan. Venues and set times help the chauffeur plan the approaches; the ADE guide lists the rooms.
- Airport rides apart. Arrival and departure are fixed Schiphol transfers, booked with your flight number.

Will it be the same chauffeur every night?
Ask for it when you book and dispatch tells you whether the same chauffeur is free on each of your nights. The car class and the price are confirmed either way.
Is hourly hire cheaper than separate rides?
Not always. For one venue and back, two fixed rides usually cost less; the hourly car wins when you move between two or three rooms, want the car waiting outside, or travel as a group that would otherwise need two cars.
Can the car also cover the daytime ADE Pro conference?
Yes. A daytime block is booked the same way: from €65 an hour in Business Class, 2 hours at least, starting and ending in Amsterdam.
What about a day outside Amsterdam during the week?
An hourly booking has to begin and end in the same city. A trip that ends elsewhere, or a transfer to another city, is quoted as one fixed ride instead.
