How artist bookings usually run
- The advance. The tour manager or promoter books the flights in, the hotel, the venue and the flights out — each as its own fixed ride, or one hourly block per night.
- Arrival. The chauffeur follows the flight and meets the artist inside the arrivals hall; the name on the sign can be the artist, the agency or nothing at all.
- Show night. Hotel to venue at the time on the advance, dropped at the entrance the promoter gives, and collected after the set.
- Departure. Straight from the last venue to Schiphol if needed: €80 in Business Class from anywhere in Amsterdam.

What if the flight is late or the set runs over?

Is the name on the sign in arrivals optional?
