Is it hard to get a taxi during Amsterdam Dance Event?
It can be at the moments that matter: ADE 2026 puts more than 1,200 events across Amsterdam between October 21 and 25, and when a large room empties, thousands of people look for a ride at once. We have no figures for taxi queues or app wait times, so we won’t guess them; what we can offer is a car booked before the night, with the price fixed at booking — €50 in Business Class for a ride inside Amsterdam up to 10 km.

Up to 15 km inside Amsterdam the minimum is €70 in Business Class; longer rides are priced per kilometer and shown before you book. Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived
Planning an ADE night without the scramble
- Book the ride home when you book the tickets. Pick a time a little after the set you came for; you can move it by messaging dispatch.
- Several rooms in one night? Hold one car by the hour: €65 an hour in Business Class, minimum 2 hours.
- A group? A Van Class car seats up to 7 people for one fixed price, so nobody is left looking for a second car.
- On the night. You get the chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup and can message each other directly.

Do ride-hailing apps cost more during ADE?
An app sets its price when you request the ride, based on its own rules and demand at that moment, so we can’t tell you what it will be on an ADE night. A car you book with us has its price settled before you set off.
Can one car stay with us between venues?
Yes, that is hourly hire: from €65 an hour in Business Class, 40 km included per hour, as long as the booking starts and ends in Amsterdam. Between rooms the chauffeur waits nearby.
What if our plans change on the night?
Message dispatch to move the pickup. Cancelling is free up to 1 hour before the pickup time; after that the terms and conditions apply.
