For the couple, the choice is between the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, its electric sister the EQS, and the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class with its reclining rear seats and champagne flutes. All three are black, unmarked and quiet, and all three photograph well against a canal, a castle gate or a beach pavilion. The Maybach is confirmed on WhatsApp and never handed to a first-come booking, so ask for it early.
Parents, bridesmaids and the groom’s party travel in a Mercedes-Benz V-Class: seven seats, walk-in headroom for dresses and hats, and a sliding door that does not have to be held open. When there are more guests than that, dispatch runs several cars to one timetable. What you will not get from us is a stretch car or a white vintage saloon: the fleet is the premium black Mercedes-Benz and BMW fleet we run every day, dressed for the occasion with the ribbons and flowers you provide.
Canal-side, castle, coast: the venues and how the car fits them.
A ceremony at the Stadhuis on the Amstel and a reception on the Herengracht or Keizersgracht mean narrow quays, bridges and one-way loops. Your chauffeur knows where a car can stop for a photograph and where it cannot, and the plan is made before the day.
Muiderslot at the mouth of the Vecht, Kasteel de Haar near Utrecht, Slot Zuylen: outside the city, so the day is quoted as one fixed amount rather than by the hour, with the wait at the venue built in and the car ready for the evening exit.
Beach pavilions between Zandvoort and Bloemendaal aan Zee are half an hour from the city on the A5 and the N200. The car waits by the boulevard so the couple leaves by car, not on foot through the sand.
From the suite at a canal hotel or on the Museumplein to the ceremony and back for the wedding breakfast, with a V-Class behind for the family so the couple has the car to themselves.
Family flying in for the weekend is met at arrivals by a chauffeur holding their name, flight tracked, and driven to the hotel at the fixed Schiphol price of €90 in Business Class or €125 in a Van Class.
A wedding day is planned backwards from the ceremony.

Dispatch proposes which car is where at which time, with buffers for the photographs and for a canal bridge that decides to open. You get one fixed all-in figure for the whole day, or the hourly rate if everything stays inside one city.
The chauffeur receives the plan and the contact details of your planner or witness, so nobody has to answer a phone on the morning. Ribbons and flowers are handed over and fitted before the first pickup.
The car arrives early, waits out of sight until it is wanted, and moves when the planner says so. Dispatch watches the timetable and the traffic, and the couple’s car is at the venue door for the exit, not around the corner.

Two ways to price a wedding day, both settled before the day and both taxes included. Hourly hire starts at two hours, includes 40 kilometres per hour and must start and end in the same city; a day that goes out to a castle or the coast is quoted as one fixed amount instead.
Guests arriving at Schiphol are driven at the published airport prices: Business €90, Van €125, First €140 from the airport into Amsterdam. Child seats for the smallest guests are fitted on request at €5 each.

Most couples choose the Mercedes-Benz S-Class or the electric EQS: a long, quiet, black car with a rear seat that has room for a dress. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is the step up, with reclining seats and champagne flutes; it seats two and is confirmed on WhatsApp rather than booked online. We fit what you bring: ribbons on the bonnet, a bow on the mirrors, an arrangement on the parcel shelf, handed to the chauffeur before the first pickup. We do not supply flowers or ribbons ourselves, and we do not use anything adhesive on the paintwork.
Either by the hour, from €65 in Business Class, €80 in a Van Class and €100 in First Class, minimum two hours with 40 kilometres per hour included, starting and ending in the same city; or as one fixed quote for the whole day when the venue is outside Amsterdam or the timetable is long. Both are settled before the day, taxes included.
Yes. Waiting is part of the plan, whether the day is by the hour or on a fixed quote. The chauffeur stays with the car, keeps it out of the photographs until it is wanted, and is at the door when the planner or photographer calls for it.
A Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats seven with room to stand up in, which is what a bridesmaid in a long dress needs. For more guests, dispatch runs several V-Classes to one timetable and one invoice, and guests flying in are met at Schiphol at the fixed airport price.
As soon as the date and the venue are fixed. The Maybach in particular is arranged individually, and a wedding plan takes more dispatch time than an airport run. Free cancellation applies up to one hour before the first pickup, so booking early costs nothing if plans change.
