Setting up the day
- Book both legs together. The Schiphol transfer with your flight number, and the hours from your first meeting; ask for the same car and chauffeur for both.

Where does my luggage stay during the meetings?
In the trunk of the car, which stays with the chauffeur between your appointments. That is the point of keeping the same car: no luggage storage to find and no bags in the meeting room.
Can a colleague join us during the day?

What if the afternoon is in The Hague or Rotterdam?
