How do I get from Schiphol to RAI Amsterdam for PLMA’s World of Private Label 2027?
PLMA’s 2027 World of Private Label show is on Tuesday, May 25 and Wednesday, May 26, 2027 at RAI Amsterdam, about 15 km by road from Schiphol. For a two-day show the simplest plan by car is a fixed transfer in (€90 in Business Class to the RAI or your Amsterdam hotel), a short ride each morning and evening (from €50 up to 10 km) and a fixed ride back to Schiphol (€80). If you travel light, the direct train to Amsterdam RAI station is the budget option.

Retail and manufacturer teams of up to 7 fit one Van Class car (€125). No show-week surcharge. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price

Train or car to PLMA?
When the train is fine
- You carry a laptop bag and a carry-on and are staying near a station on the line to Amsterdam RAI.
- You are one person and want the lowest cost.
When a chauffeur is the better choice
- You bring product samples or a display kit.
- You travel as a buying or sales team and want one car.
- You have client meetings in Amsterdam between show hours — see a driver on standby.
Arriving for PLMA
- Book with your flight number. Fixed price, confirmed at once; reminders 24 and 2 hours before pickup.
- Passport control. Non-EU travelers register under the EU Entry/Exit System; allow time.
- Hotel or straight to the RAI. The same fixed price to either.
- Show mornings. Short rides from your hotel, or a car held by the hour on busy days.

Check PLMA’s visitor information for the 2027 edition; we have not seen an airport shuttle announced. The direct train to Amsterdam RAI station and a pre-booked car both work.
