When is the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2026, and how do I get back after the party?
OEEC 2026 takes place at RAI Amsterdam on Tuesday, November 24, and Wednesday, November 25. The Offshore Energy Party is on the first evening, Tuesday, from 18:00 to 21:30 in the RAI convention center (The Stage and Hall 1), and the organizer says the exhibition ticket includes it. Book the ride back for about 21:30 rather than hoping for a taxi when everyone leaves at once; staying on, Thanksgiving and the Amsterdam Light Festival's opening night follow on Thursday, November 26.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall. Rides inside Amsterdam up to 10 km have a fixed price per car (€50 in Business Class); a detour around closures does not change it. Longer rides are priced per kilometer and shown before you book. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, and the day starts and ends in the same city. The driver waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

Site visits by car
A driver by the hour waits while you visit a yard, a port or a client, and the hours include 40 km of driving each; the day starts and ends in Amsterdam. Six hours cost €390 in Business Class or €480 in Van Class for a team of up to 7.
