I arrive in Amsterdam at 7am and can’t check in until 3pm — can a driver drop my bags at the hotel first?
Yes. The simplest way is a normal fixed transfer to your hotel (€90 in Business Class from Schiphol), where you ask the front desk whether they can hold your bags until check-in — early check-in itself is always the hotel’s decision. If you want the car to wait while you drop the bags and then take you on, to breakfast, a museum or a meeting, ask dispatch to add the stop: an extra stop can change the price, and you see the amount before you confirm.

An added stop or a changed destination can change the price; dispatch confirms the amount before the ride. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

How the morning works
- Ask the hotel first. Whether they can hold bags, and whether early check-in is possible. Hotels decide this, not us.
- Book the transfer to the hotel. Add in the notes that you want to drop bags and go on; dispatch quotes any extra stop.
- Bags out at the hotel. The chauffeur helps with the luggage while you speak to the front desk.
- Out into the city. On foot, or in the same car if you added a stop or booked it by the hour.

Leave the bags at the hotel, have breakfast nearby and do something light: a canal walk, or a museum (book tickets ahead on the museum’s own site). Your chauffeur can take you anywhere in Amsterdam from the hotel if you book a car for the morning.
