How cold is Keukenhof in spring, and what should I wear if I come from a warm country?
Colder than most travelers from tropical Asia expect: at Schiphol the average high is 10 °C in March, 14 °C in April and 18 °C in May, with average lows of 3, 5 and 9 °C, and the wind off the North Sea makes it feel colder. Dress in layers you can take off (a thermal top, a sweater or fleece, a windproof, water-resistant jacket, a scarf and shoes that cope with wet grass) and carry a small umbrella, because about 9 days a month bring rain.
