How will I find my driver at Schiphol?
Walk out through the doors of the arrivals hall your flight feeds into — Schiphol has one terminal, with Arrivals 1 to 4 side by side on the ground floor — and look for your name on an iPad held by your chauffeur right at those doors; around landing the chauffeur also messages or calls the phone number on your booking. The name sign is part of every pickup, in every class; €90 in Business Class is the whole price. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At Schiphol the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

From the belt to the car
- Turn your phone on after landing. The chauffeur messages or calls the number on the booking; a local reply is not needed, just check your messages.
- Follow the exit signs after customs. You come out through the doors of one of the four arrivals halls; the flight decides which.
- Look for your name on an iPad. Or the company name, or no name — whatever was chosen at booking.
- Hand over the trolley. The chauffeur takes the bags and walks with you to the car.

What if I come out of a different arrivals hall than expected?
The halls are side by side, so it is a short walk. Message or call the chauffeur or dispatch and say which hall number is above you; they come to you.
Can the sign show a company name instead of mine?
Yes — your name, a company name or no name at all; you choose when booking.
Will the driver ask me to meet at the car?
No. For every scheduled flight the meeting point is inside the arrivals hall; if you are ever asked to go to Departures or the drop-off lane, call dispatch.
