Can a female chauffeur meet me at Schiphol, and how will I find her?
Yes, on request. Once dispatch has confirmed a female chauffeur for your flight, she tracks it, waits inside the arrivals hall with a name sign (your name, a company name or just a first name), takes your bags and walks you about two minutes under cover to the car in P1. The first 60 minutes after landing are free, which matters in 2026: non-EU passengers waited 1 to 2 hours on average at passport control in August after the EES system started. The fare to any Amsterdam address is fixed at €90 in Business Class.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall and the first 60 minutes of waiting free. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
What is included in the price
- Flight tracking from the moment you book: an early or late landing moves the pickup, at no extra cost
- Your chauffeur inside the arrivals hall your flight feeds into, holding an iPad sign with your name (or a company name, or no name)
- A message or call from the chauffeur around landing, so you find each other quickly
- Luggage carried from the hall to the car, which waits in the Privium section at the front of P1, a covered walk of about two minutes
- The first 60 minutes of waiting at Schiphol
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car; English-speaking chauffeur and 24/7 dispatch
Before you fly
- Send the flight number, not just the landing time; the pickup moves with the aircraft.
- Choose what the sign says. Some women prefer a first name only.
- Save +31 6 85141194 in WhatsApp so dispatch can reach you after landing.
After landing
| Moment | You | Your chauffeur |
|---|---|---|
| Wheels down | Switch your phone on | Sees the landing on the tracker |
| Border control | Wait in line, then the EES kiosk if it's your first entry | Waits; the free hour starts at landing |
| Baggage hall | Message "bags collected" | Moves to the arrivals hall doors |
| Arrivals hall | Look for your sign | Takes the luggage, walks you to P1 |
If the flight is very late
If a long delay changes who can meet you, dispatch tells you on WhatsApp before you land, so the choice stays yours: wait for a female chauffeur, or ride with the chauffeur on duty.
A female chauffeur, on request
Ask for a female chauffeur in the booking notes or on WhatsApp. Dispatch checks which chauffeur partners are free at your date and time and confirms on WhatsApp before you pay. Your booking is final only after that confirmation.
| Price | The same fixed fare as any booking, for example €90 in Business Class from Schiphol to any Amsterdam address |
|---|---|
| Notice | The earlier the better; a few days ahead gives dispatch the widest choice |
| Classes | Business, Van and First Class |
| Before pickup | The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number, as for every ride |
Related questions
Will I know her name in advance?
The name, car and plate appear on My Ride once she's assigned.
Can she help with the EES kiosk?
No; border control is airside. She meets you when you come out.
Is it different from taking a taxi from the rank?
At the rank you get the next car. A pre-booked chauffeur is someone you know about before you land.
