Can I get a daily driver between my Eindhoven hotel and the ASML campus?
Yes, and for a plain commute two fixed rides a day cost the least: the campus is about 8 km from Eindhoven station, so each ride is the €70 minimum in Business Class, €140 a day or €700 for a five-day week. If you also need the car between meetings, book it by the hour instead: €65 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, starting and ending at your Eindhoven hotel.

A ride this short costs the minimum fare. By the hour: Business €65, Van €80, First €100, minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.

What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived
Setting up the week
- Send the schedule once. Hotel, campus entrance and the pickup times for each day, on WhatsApp or by e-mail; dispatch books every ride.
- Same chauffeur where possible. For a multi-day booking we assign the same chauffeur across the days wherever we can.
- Changes during the week. A late meeting or an early finish: message the chauffeur or dispatch as soon as you know.
- One overview at the end. With a corporate account the week can be invoiced instead of paid ride by ride.

What if I leave the campus later than planned?
You have 15 minutes’ grace after the pickup time; each minute beyond it costs the pro-rata hourly rate, €65 an hour in Business Class. Message the chauffeur as soon as you know you will be late, and a new time can be agreed.
Is there a weekly rate?
We do not publish one: the week is priced as the rides or hours you book, each fixed in advance. Send the whole schedule and dispatch confirms the total before the week starts.
Can colleagues staying at other hotels share the car?
Yes, with a pickup at each hotel on the way; tell us the addresses when you book so the route and the price include them. Business Class carries up to 3 people, Van Class up to 7.
Is the bus a realistic alternative?
For a single person with a laptop bag, yes: route planners list bus 319 from Eindhoven station to the ASML stop in about 21 minutes. The car is worth it for teams, early starts or late finishes, and days with more than one address.
