How do I arrange a group transfer from Schiphol for a team visiting ASML?

Booking the team
- List who is on which flight. Names, flight numbers and the number of cases per person.
- One pickup per flight. Colleagues on the same flight share cars; a later flight gets its own pickup and its own tracking.
- You stay informed. As the booker you get every update: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived.
- One invoice. With a corporate account the transfers are invoiced to the company instead of paid per ride.

What if the team arrives on different flights?

Can we bring equipment or sample cases?
Tell us the number and size of the cases. A Van Class car takes 12 × Carry-on or 8 × Standard check-in or 6 × Extra large check-in; boxes that are larger than a suitcase need a check before we confirm the car.
Is there a bus or coach option for a big group?
Not from us: we run cars and vans. For a group large enough to fill a coach, a coach operator is the simpler booking; for groups that fit into a few vans, cars that leave together are faster to board and go door to door.
Who pays, and how?
Online at booking by card, Apple Pay, iDEAL or Klarna, or on invoice with a corporate account. Nobody on the team pays anything in the car.
