During ADE week (pickups October 20–26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). How the pickup works
- Send your arrival details. Flight number, number of people and bags, the hotel address, and whether you want an Arabic-speaking chauffeur.
- Pay and it is confirmed. Online by card, Apple Pay, iDEAL or Klarna; the chauffeur’s name and car reach you before pickup.
- We follow your flight. An early or late landing moves the pickup; you do not need to tell us.
- Meet inside the hall. After passport control and baggage claim the chauffeur is at the doors of the arrivals hall with your name.
- To the hotel door. The chauffeur carries the luggage to the car and drives you straight to the booked address.
Long lines at passport control
The EU Entry/Exit System (EES) has been fully running since April 10, 2026 and applies to visitors from outside the EU, including Gulf citizens: on a first entry, fingerprints and a facial image are recorded. In August 2026 Schiphol said non-EU arrivals were waiting one to two hours at passport control.
The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class’s hourly rate (€65 an hour in Business Class), and if the wait runs longer than one chauffeur can stay, a replacement is sent.
