We're going to the Pride Canal Parade in 2027. How do we get there and back?
Book both rides before you fly and plan to walk the last stretch. The 2027 Canal Parade sails on Saturday 7 August 2027 from 12:00 to 18:00, from the Oosterdok through the Nieuwe Herengracht, the Amstel and the Prinsengracht to the Westerdok, with hundreds of thousands of people on the banks. The quays along the route are car-free and parking is banned all day, so the car drops you at the edge of the closed area and collects you at a spot agreed in advance. Late night is the hard part: on parade night in 2025, Uber and Bolt drivers threatened to strike, and public transport thins out overnight. A pre-booked pickup has a fixed price and a named chauffeur, and a woman chauffeur can be requested on WhatsApp.

Rides inside Amsterdam have a fixed price per car: up to 10 km and up to 15 km. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, starting and ending in the same city. The chauffeur waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
What is included in the price
- A fixed price confirmed at booking, with VAT included: no meter and no surge
- The chauffeur’s name, car and phone number before pickup, plus e-mail reminders 24 hours and 2 hours ahead
- Water and phone chargers (iOS and Android) in the car
- Status updates to the person who booked, if that is not the passenger: confirmed, chauffeur en route, guest in the car, arrived

Access and comfort
Pride cordons off a wheelchair-accessible section of the quay with accessible toilets, for registered visitors with at most one companion; register when the form opens. Amplified sound from moored boats and the banks has not been allowed since 2019, but the crowds are dense; agree a meeting point with your group before the parade.
A female chauffeur, on request
Ask for a female chauffeur in the booking notes or on WhatsApp. Dispatch checks which chauffeur partners are free at your date and time and confirms on WhatsApp before you pay. Your booking is final only after that confirmation.
