Ask a room of frequent flyers which saloon they want at the kerb and a fair number will name the 5 Series without thinking. Some drive one at home, some grew up in the back of one, some just like the way the rear door closes. We do not argue with any of it. The 5 Series sits in Business Class next to the E-Class, the EQE and the electric i5, and it carries the same three passengers and the same three bags at the same fixed prices.
From the rear seat the ride is what a Business Class ride should be: a calm cabin, a chauffeur in a suit who speaks English, water in the armrest and a cable for either kind of phone before you have thought to ask. The boot takes two standard check-in cases or one extra-large one; three pieces is the class limit, hand luggage counted. A child or baby seat goes in on request for €5.
A word on the photographs. The car outside The Dylan is the BMW i7, the 5 Series’ larger sibling in First Class, and the rear seats further down belong to the i7 and to the Mercedes EQE. The 5 Series wears the same black. You book Business Class; write “BMW, please” in the notes and dispatch sends the 5 Series or the i5 whenever the day allows.

Bookings are made by class, so you select Business Class and leave “BMW 5 Series” in the notes. Dispatch assigns cars by availability and does not guarantee a model, but a stated preference is read and honoured whenever the roster allows. The price is identical whichever Business Class car arrives.
No. Business Class has one price list and every car in it, BMW or Mercedes, electric or not, sits on it: €80 to Schiphol, €90 from Schiphol, €65 an hour and €3.42 a kilometre, per car with taxes included.
Three pieces. In practice that is two standard check-in cases, or one extra-large case, with hand luggage on the rear seat beside you. For four or more cases, Van Class carries seven pieces at €85 to Schiphol.
Yes. We track the flight from the moment you book, and the first sixty minutes after landing are free. The chauffeur stands in the arrivals hall with a name sign — your name, your company’s, or a blank one — and the car is in the garage nearest the hall.
Yes. Long distance is priced per kilometre as one fixed all-in quote, door to door, one-way or return, with stops on request. Send the addresses and the date and dispatch confirms the amount before you commit.
Yes. Child and baby seats are fitted on request at €5 each. Mention the child’s age when you book so the right seat is already strapped in when the car pulls up.
