Where can I go to a Christmas Eve service in English in Amsterdam in 2026?
Two long-established English-speaking congregations meet in central Amsterdam: the English Reformed Church, Begijnhof 48, inside the enclosed Begijnhof courtyard off the Spui, affiliated with the Church of Scotland, and Christ Church Amsterdam, the Anglican church at Groenburgwal 42. Neither had published its 2026 Christmas service times on October 21, so check their own sites from late November. Christmas Eve is Thursday, December 24, 2026; arrive early, and book your ride home for the time the service ends.
