Heemstede sits directly south of Haarlem, where the dune sand runs out and the polder begins. It is a town of villa neighbourhoods and old country estates: Groenendaal and its woods on the western side, Huis te Manpad on the Herenweg, the Binnenweg shops running through the middle, and Aerdenhout just across the boundary among the pines. Beyond the last houses the land flattens into the bulb fields that carry on towards Bennebroek, Hillegom and Lisse.
For all that quiet, the airport is remarkably close. The Ringvaart and the old pumping station at Cruquius mark the edge of the Haarlemmermeer, and Schiphol sits on the far side of it: about 18 minutes and 22 kilometres by the N201 and the A9. Haarlem is ten minutes north, Amsterdam around twenty-five east.
Which explains most of the driving we do here. Households that fly regularly, families with more luggage than seats, grandparents to be collected from the station, and the occasional evening in town that nobody wants to end by looking for a parking space. A short run, but the one that has to be right. The car is at the door early, the chauffeur confirms the departure hall in advance, and the whole thing is over before the first coffee.
We track the flight from the moment you book. The chauffeur is inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, takes the trolley, and the car is parked in the garage nearest the hall — sixty minutes of waiting after landing are included.

The airport run is one all-in amount per car for the 22 kilometres, taxes included, whether you are two people with hand luggage or a family with a boot full of cases.
Short local rides have minimum fares — €50, €70 and €90 by class up to ten kilometres — so a hop to Haarlem station is never quoted as small change. Booking within twelve hours of pickup adds ten per cent; cancellation is free up to an hour before.

That is the whole booking. Book online or send it on WhatsApp; there is no account to create and no app to install. Mention a child seat and it is fitted before the car sets off.
One all-in figure per car appears before you confirm, and it is the figure you pay. For a departure, book at least three hours before the flight so the hall and the timing can be confirmed.
Your chauffeur is outside ahead of the agreed time, in a suit, with water and chargers on board. Traffic on the A9 is the chauffeur’s problem, not yours.

About 18 minutes for the 22 kilometres by the N201 and A9 when the road is clear, with a margin added in the morning peak around Hoofddorp. Business Class is €75, fixed at booking regardless of what the traffic does.
Yes. The villa streets on either side of the municipal boundary are the same drive for us, and so are Bennebroek, Vogelenzang and the roads towards Hillegom. Give the address as you would to a guest and the chauffeur finds the right gate.
Most of our Heemstede work is exactly this: a twenty-minute run that has to happen at half past four in the morning with four cases in the boot. You pay one fixed all-in amount for the car, the chauffeur loads the luggage, and nobody has to park at the airport for a fortnight.
