I'm flying into Schiphol with my bike in a box. How do I get it to the hotel?
Book the Van and declare the box. A bike box or hard case counts as bulky luggage, which must be declared when you book and can change the fixed price you see before paying; the Van, which takes eight standard cases, carries a boxed bike plus your bags, and a Business Class sedan does not. Trains are possible in theory but awkward in practice: crowded platforms, lifts and steps with a box the size of a door. The chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals hall, takes the box on the trolley and drives to the hotel, where you can assemble the bike in the room or the bike storage rather than on a terminal floor. Schiphol to Amsterdam in the Van is €125 before any bulky-item change.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall and the first 60 minutes of waiting free. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
