How do I get from Schiphol to the European Medicines Agency, and what happens at the door?
EMA is at Domenico Scarlattilaan 6, 1083 HS Amsterdam, in the Zuidas business district by Amsterdam RAI, and it has a pick-up and drop-off point for vehicles right in front of the building. By train it is 10 minutes from Schiphol to RAI station and an eight-minute walk; by car it is about 16 minutes, door to door, at the fixed Schiphol to Amsterdam fare of €90 in Business Class. Reception runs Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:30, and every visitor shows identification and receives a visitor card to wear in the building, so carry your passport rather than a hotel key card. For a day of meetings, a car by the hour is €65 in Business Class, invoiced to the company.

Schiphol to any Amsterdam address is a fixed price per car, with meet and greet inside the arrivals hall and the first 60 minutes of waiting free. By the hour: minimum 2 hours, 40 km included per hour, starting and ending in the same city. The chauffeur waits between stops. Prices are per car, not per person, with 9% Dutch VAT included, and the same day and night. During ADE week (pickups October 20 to 26, 2026) fixed ADE-week prices apply, shown before you book; promo codes cannot be used that week. Booked less than 12 hours before pickup: +10%. At an airport or an intercity station the first 60 minutes of waiting are free, elsewhere 15 minutes; after that waiting is charged per minute at the class's hourly rate (Business €65 an hour). Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup.
